ZEYIN is a cultural association which promotes Japanese culture. It serves as a focal point pooling local and Japanese talents to offer diverse activities that cover varied points of interest, on amateur and professional level: Language, Arts, Martial Arts, Cuisine, Cultural Exchange… and more.
ZEYIN can be understoodin Japanese as “ALL membersIN“and in Arabic as “ALL WELL“(زَيْن). Thisreflects our philosophy, which consists of open cooperation to bring together both cultures and provide a genuine Japanese experience.
In order to help the Lebanese youths interested in Japan to have a better understanding of the Japanese culture while pursuing their dreams, ZEYIN organizes Japanese Language classes at beginner and pre-intermediate levels, and also Manga drawing classes for those interested in the Japanese Manga and Anime culture.
Zeyin members take part in numerous events promoting the Japanese culture, in a wide range of venues from schools to universities to community centers, as well as private clubs or homes.
Some of ZEYIN’s recent achievements havebeen the first Origami and Manga books to be produced and published in the MENA region, and 1st prizes received by our students who participated in regional contests organized by Japan Foundation.
